          Are you a wedding planning business or are you a wedding rental business?

          Equal parts, both. We just love the wedding biz + wedding design so much we couldn't keep our hands out of both.

          Sapphire Road Weddings offers planning, coordinating and design services. Sapphire Road Collective is a curated collection of modern + vintage rentals. They lovingly work together and separate - sort of like their own twisted marriage.

          I've already hired my planner or coordinator. Can I still rent from your inventory?

          Yes! We love working with other planners and coordinators and always welcome the collaboration. You or your planner/coordinator are welcome to create your own design and simply send us your list of rentals. Or, we're happy to take your vision + ideas and make suggestions. At the end of the day, we all have the same goal - a killer design and zero stress on you.

          Do you offer a discount on rentals if we use your planning or coordinating services?

          Yes! We offer a 10% discount on all rentals when you book our planning or coordinating services.

          Will you participate in styled shoots?

          Absolutely! If we and our rentals are available count us in. Simply send us a list of everything you would like to use for your shoot. Or, if you would like design help, send us your vision board and we're happy to make suggestions.

          How do I reserve my items?

          You pick out items from the collection you’re interested in and we create a custom proposal for you. Once everything looks good on your proposal, you confirm it with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your wedding or event.

          Can I change my order after the agreement is signed?

          Deposits are non-refundable, however, if you change your mind we allow swaps for items of equal or greater value or rental additions. Additional deposit amount may apply if adding items to the order that are of greater value. No changes can be made on your order 2 weeks before your wedding or event.

          Where can I locate your rental prices?

          We're an open book - all of our pricing is on our website under each item.

          Can I come see your collection in person?

          Soon! We're in the process of building a showroom that should be completed in mid to late 2020. Once the showroom is completed you will be able to come to visit by appointment only.

          Do you offer delivery?

          Yes. We do require a minimum $500 order to deliver and pick up.

          How far do you deliver?

          Standard delivery is within 35 miles of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We happily serve MD, NJ, DC, DE, NY and beyond for additional fees & minimums. Inquire to get a personalized quote.

          How much is delivery?

          Delivery prices vary based on the amount rented and location. Typically they fall between $150 - $250. Once you submit your order we can give you a personalized quote for delivery charges.

          Can I pick up my items from you?

          Smaller items and non-breakable items (ie: rugs, pillows, poufs, small chairs, etc.) we allow you to pick up and return these using your own covered vehicle. Larger items such as upholstered seating, farm tables, bars, etc. may only be delivered due to liability.

          Damages, how does that work?

          For our furniture and decor items, we first try to fix and clean ourselves. If the item is beyond repair and/or needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at three to five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost.

          If the item is fixable, the client will be liable for the repair cost and/or professional cleaning fees.

          Will you create custom pieces?

          Yes! We love unique items. We have an in-house craftsman who builds many of our custom pieces. Give us your vision and we'll make it a reality.

          I don't see what I'm looking for. Do you have...?

          Tell us more! Share any inspiration you may have. We're constantly adding to our inventory so chances are there are items that haven't had their photo taken for our website yet.

          We're also familiar with other rental companies in the area and their beautiful finds. We're happy to recommend other rental companies if we don't have what you're looking for.
